Perm, one of the biggest industrial centres of Russia is chosen to host 'Defectoscopy 2007'

Core (key) industries of Perm Region at the Russian and world markets are: engineering, chemistry and petroleochemistry, metallurgy, fuel industry, timber industry, wood working industry, paper-pulp industry.
(Volume of output) overall production of fuel production falls at enterprises of oil and gas industry. Modern, powerful, diversified complex of enterprises is created and is in successful operation.
Specialized scientific centre and highly qualified personnel provide leading position for the engineering industry of the region in production of aircraft and rocket engines, combustible equipment, gas compressor units, gas-turbine power stations, equipment of digital and fiber optics data transmission systems, navigation equipment.
Metallurgy is presented by manufacturers and processers of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, rear-earth metals, as well as powder industry plants. The only plant - manufacturer of titanium sponge is situated in this region.

The exhibition will be held in the Exhibition Centre 'Permskaya Yarmarka' from 18 to 20 of September, supported by RSNDTD, EFNDT and ICNDT, organizers: Exhibition Company 'Restek' and the jornal 'NDT World Review', coorganizer - Exhibition Centre 'Permskaya yarmarka'. The conference of the exhibition, prepared in cooperation with Perm regional department of RSNDTD will take into account peculiarities of key industries of Perm and Ural region.
